FinanceCompass Solutions provides financial consulting, lender matching, and application support services across four programs: Financial Assessment & Comparison Guidance, Auto Loan Assistance, Personal Loan Solutions, and Mortgage Financing Assistance. Every loan application support service includes a financial assessment. We are not a lender, and we do not make credit decisions or issue loans.
Consulting Programs & Fees
Our services are offered at fixed fees as displayed on our website: Financial Assessment & Comparison Guidance ($10,000 JMD for local clients / $100 USD for international clients), Auto Loan Assistance ($40,000 JMD local / $400 USD international), Personal Loan Solutions ($35,000 JMD, Jamaican clients only), and Mortgage Financing Assistance ($35,000 JMD local / $350 USD international). All loan application support services include a financial assessment, and the assessment fee can be applied to any loan service within 30 days after the financial assessment. For Jamaican clients, the fees for loan application support services (Auto Loan Assistance, Personal Loan Solutions, and Mortgage Financing Assistance) may be paid in two equal instalments: 50% before work begins, and the remaining 50% after the application has been submitted to the lender. International clients, and the Financial Assessment & Comparison Guidance service, are payable in full before work begins. Fees are communicated and agreed upon before any engagement begins.
No Guarantee of Approval
While we work to match you with suitable lenders and present your application in the strongest light, final approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lenders. We do not guarantee approval, specific rates, timelines, or loan amounts.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, to supply requested documentation in a timely manner, and to review all lender agreements carefully before accepting any offer.
Limitation of Liability
FinanceCompass Solutions shall not be liable for any loss arising from lender decisions, loan terms, or financial outcomes resulting from your use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
